3. Registro y Cuenta de Usuario

3.1 Elegibilidad

Debe tener al menos 16 años para crear una cuenta. Al registrarse, declara que toda la información proporcionada es precisa y actual.

3.2 Seguridad de la Cuenta

Usted es responsable de mantener la confidencialidad de sus credenciales de acceso y de todas las actividades que ocurran bajo su cuenta. Debe notificarnos inmediatamente de cualquier uso no autorizado.

3.3 Uso sin Registro

Puede usar funciones básicas de n8nWhiz sin crear una cuenta, pero algunas características (guardar automatizaciones, dashboard personal) requieren registro.

4. Uso Aceptable

4.1 Usos Permitidos

Puede utilizar n8nWhiz para:

  • Generar automatizaciones n8n para uso personal o comercial
  • Aprender sobre n8n y mejores prácticas de automatización
  • Exportar JSON generado para su uso en instancias de n8n (Cloud o self-hosted)
  • Compartir workflows generados con otros usuarios

4.2 Usos Prohibidos

Usted acepta NO:

  • Usar el servicio para actividades ilegales o no autorizadas
  • Intentar eludir límites de uso o medidas de seguridad
  • Realizar ingeniería inversa, descompilar o extraer código fuente
  • Sobrecargar o interferir con la infraestructura del servicio
  • Usar automatización, bots o scraping sin autorización
  • Revender o redistribuir el servicio sin permiso
  • Recopilar información de usuarios sin consentimiento
  • Transmitir malware, virus o código dañino
  • Violar derechos de propiedad intelectual

5. Contenido Generado

5.1 Propiedad del Contenido

Usted conserva todos los derechos sobre las automatizaciones que genera usando n8nWhiz. El JSON exportado es suyo para usar como desee.

5.2 Licencia para n8nWhiz

Al usar el servicio, nos otorga una licencia no exclusiva, mundial y libre de regalías para almacenar y procesar sus descripciones y automatizaciones con el fin de proporcionar y mejorar el servicio.

5.3 Responsabilidad del Contenido

Usted es responsable de:

  • La exactitud y legalidad de sus descripciones de automatización
  • Verificar que los workflows generados cumplan con sus requisitos
  • Probar las automatizaciones antes de usarlas en producción
  • Configurar credenciales y permisos apropiados en n8n

6. Propiedad Intelectual

6.1 Plataforma n8nWhiz

n8nWhiz, su diseño, logotipo, algoritmos de IA y contenido original están protegidos por derechos de autor y otras leyes de propiedad intelectual. Todos los derechos no otorgados expresamente están reservados.

n8n es una marca registrada de n8n GmbH. n8nWhiz no está afiliado, respaldado ni oficialmente asociado con n8n GmbH. Somos una herramienta independiente de terceros que genera código compatible con n8n.

6.3 Marcas de Terceros

Todas las marcas, logotipos y nombres de servicios de terceros mencionados son propiedad de sus respectivos dueños.

7. Tecnología de IA y Limitaciones

7.1 Naturaleza de la IA

n8nWhiz utiliza modelos de inteligencia artificial (DeepSeek, entre otros) para generar automatizaciones. Aunque nos esforzamos por proporcionar resultados precisos y de alta calidad:

  • Los resultados pueden variar según la claridad de su descripción
  • Las automatizaciones generadas deben ser revisadas y probadas
  • La IA puede ocasionalmente producir configuraciones incorrectas o incompletas
  • No garantizamos que todas las automatizaciones funcionen perfectamente sin ajustes

7.2 Mejora Continua

Nuestros algoritmos mejoran continuamente. Los resultados pueden cambiar con el tiempo a medida que actualizamos nuestros modelos.

8. Limitación de Servicios

8.1 Disponibilidad

Hacemos nuestro mejor esfuerzo para mantener n8nWhiz disponible 24/7, pero no garantizamos disponibilidad ininterrumpida. Podemos suspender el servicio temporalmente para mantenimiento o actualizaciones.

  • Los errores serán corregidos

11. Limitación de Responsabilidad

EN LA MÁXIMA MEDIDA PERMITIDA POR LA LEY, n8nWhiz Y SUS AFILIADOS NO SERÁN RESPONSABLES POR:

  • Daños directos, indirectos, incidentales, especiales o consecuentes
  • Pérdida de beneficios, datos, uso o buena voluntad
  • Interrupción del negocio
  • Cualquier otro daño comercial o pérdida

Esto se aplica incluso si hemos sido advertidos de la posibilidad de tales daños y independientemente de la teoría legal (contrato, agravio, negligencia, etc.).

12. Indemnización

Usted acepta indemnizar, defender y mantener indemne a n8nWhiz, sus afiliados, directores, empleados y agentes de cualquier reclamo, responsabilidad, daño, pérdida y gasto (incluyendo honorarios legales) que surjan de:

  • Su uso del servicio

  • Violación de derechos de terceros

Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes de México. Cualquier disputa relacionada con estos Términos será resuelta en los tribunales competentes de México.

14. Resolución de Disputas

En caso de disputa, ambas partes acuerdan intentar primero resolver el problema de buena fe mediante negociación directa antes de iniciar acciones legales.

15. Divisibilidad

Si alguna disposición de estos Términos se considera inválida o inaplicable, el resto de las disposiciones permanecerá en pleno vigor y efecto.

5. Generated Content

5.1 Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the automations you generate using n8nWhiz. The exported JSON is yours to use as you wish.

5.2 License to n8nWhiz

By using the service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store and process your descriptions and automations for the purpose of providing and improving the service.

5.3 Content Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • The accuracy and legality of your automation descriptions
  • Verifying that generated workflows meet your requirements
  • Testing automations before using them in production
  • Configuring appropriate credentials and permissions in n8n

7. AI Technology and Limitations

7.1 Nature of AI

n8nWhiz uses artificial intelligence models (DeepSeek, among others) to generate automations. While we strive to provide accurate and high-quality results:

  • Results may vary depending on the clarity of your description
  • Generated automations should be reviewed and tested
  • AI may occasionally produce incorrect or incomplete configurations
  • We do not guarantee that all automations will work perfectly without adjustments

7.2 Continuous Improvement

Our algorithms improve continuously. Results may change over time as we update our models.

8. Service Limitations

8.1 Availability

We make our best effort to keep n8nWhiz available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance or updates.

We reserve the right to implement reasonable usage limits to ensure fair service for all users.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, n8nWhiz AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, use or goodwill
  • Business interruption
  • Any other commercial damages or loss

This applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages and regardless of legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, etc.).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless n8nWhiz, its affiliates, directors, employees and agents from any claim, liability, damage, loss and expense (including legal fees) arising from:
